With Remote Deposit you can scan and send checks directly from your office to your Alliance checking account. The Remote Deposit solution provides a high- and low-volume deposit capture system for virtually any business, including online merchants, who accept checks as a form of payment. This fully integrated, Web-based electronic payment processing system leverages a check scanner to convert paper checks into electronic transactions. Furthermore, the system automates returned check re-presentment, generates real-time reporting, and supports proactive risk management. This innovative solution also supports one-time payments by accepting check and account information over the telephone or Internet. This processing is done in a totally secure environment. This innovative solution increases revenue, improves efficiencies, and enhances customer relationships by combining the flexibility and immediacy of electronic payments with the familiarity of paying by check. ACH/Check Conversion Service - This valuable service comes free with the Alliance Remote Deposit Capture solution. ACH/Check Conversion Services enable businesses to process consumer checks received as payments. This Internet-based service uses a check scanner and merchant portal to capture both MICR information and a digital image of each check. Funds are withdrawn from consumer accounts the next business day and deposited into the business’ accounts within one to three business days.
