      • I just opened a new account. Friendly staff and pleasant to be around. The only complaint I have had is when I attempted to cash my check and deposit some into my checking account. I was advised that it would be a two day hold but when I received my receipt it showed a 10 day hold and the funds were deposited into my savings account. I called to find out what was going on. Long story short, the teller wasn’t paying attention to my account and gave me the incorrect information. However I was then apologized to and was told the policy and explained why. I understood, just upset I wasn’t given a fair opportunity to make a decision which left me with no money. I’ve heard good things about this financial institution and hope that this will be just a one time mistake.

      • Great service from Amra and Steven today! We got to the bank just as the door closed in need of a new debit card. They opened the doors for us and gave us credit service and I walked out with a new, activated debit card. We so appreciate the service.

        Worked with Lyla at Alliance on changes to several accounts and it was an Outstanding experience. After completing those changes Lyla resolved several issues I had with the Alliance CU website and with the Elan website. I greatly appreciate all of Lyla’s help and highly recommend you contact her when you need help with your CU accounts.

        My family and have been members for over 20 years. The best part about Alliance to us is the personal care we get week after week. Amra is always there to greet us with a smile.
