Scammers may attempt to impersonate Alliance CU through fake texts or phone calls containing suspicious links or phone numbers. Please do not click on any unknown links or share your personal or account information. If you believe you've received a fraudulent call or message, hang up immediately and contact us directly using a trusted number.
If you bank at one of our Shared Branch locations, a teller can now identify and authenticate a member in the branch using a QR code and one-time passcode multi-factor authentication verification. This additional layer of Authentication, called IDcheck, will be used for loan payments, cashier’s checks, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and account inquiries.
